avSign.lite User Guide

Welcome to avSign.lite! This guide will help you get started with creating professional digital signage displays.

Getting Started

1. Installation

Windows:

1. Download the installer from our Downloads page
2. Right-click the installer and select “Run as administrator”
3. Follow the installation wizard
4. Launch avSign.lite from the Start Menu

Android:

1. Download the APK file from our Downloads page
2. Enable “Install from unknown sources” in Settings → Security
3. Open the APK file to install
4. Launch the app

Fire TV:

1. Enable ADB debugging on your Fire TV
2. Install via ADB or wait for Amazon AppStore approval
3. Launch from Fire TV Apps & Channels

2. First Launch

When you first launch avSign.lite:

1. Setup Wizard: Complete the initial setup
2. License Activation: Enter your license key (after purchase)
3. Admin Interface: Access via http://localhost:8080

Core Features

Resource Management

Upload Media Files:

1. Open Admin Interface (http://localhost:8080)
2. Go to Resources → Upload
3. Select images, videos, or other media files
4. Files are stored locally on your device

Supported Formats:

• Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, WebP
• Videos: MP4, AVI, MOV, WebM
• Text: TXT, HTML

Layout Editor

Create Custom Layouts:

1. Go to Layouts → New Layout
2. Drag and drop zones onto the canvas
3. Resize and position zones as needed
4. Save your custom layout

Program Creation
